How does the 14-day trial work?+
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — full access to that tier, no feature gates. Add a card whenever you're ready; if you don't subscribe by day 14 the workspace pauses and your data stays put until you come back.
Do you charge per recruiter?+
No. Every plan includes unlimited team members. You pay for active jobs and AI usage, not for seats, so adding a hiring manager or an interviewer costs nothing.
What is an AI unit?+
One AI unit is roughly 1,000 tokens of AI work — screening a resume, drafting a job description, summarising an interview. Starter includes 1,000 units a month, Growth 5,000, Scale 25,000. Unused units roll over on Growth and above, and you can top up any time.
What happens if I run out of AI units?+
Nothing breaks. Jatura keeps tracking candidates and running your pipeline — you just won't get new AI scoring until the next cycle, or until you top up.
Can I switch plans at any time?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade in billing settings — changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference.
Do you offer annual discounts?+
Yes — paying annually costs about the same as ten months, so you get roughly two free. The price shown is the effective monthly rate, billed once a year.
Is VAT or sales tax included?+
Prices exclude tax. VAT or local sales tax is added at checkout based on your billing country, and appears on every invoice.
Can I bring candidates over from another ATS?+
Yes. Import candidates and jobs from a CSV on any plan, during the trial included, so you can evaluate Jatura against your real pipeline rather than a demo one.
Which currency will I be charged in?+
